We wanted this new build to feel warm and welcoming so we selected materials that had texture, wood with character, and mixed metal finishes. Soft paint colors and carefully coordinated patterns pull each room together. We also mixed the old with the new by incorporating a lot of the clients’ existing furniture and family heirlooms. Although this house is a new build, it feels friendly and inviting as you walk in the door.
