This traditional home had great bones, but needed some updating. The original kitchen incorporated a peninsula and lacked a good workflow. By completely reworking the kitchen layout, we maximized seating with a large island, added a walk-in-pantry and moved the appliance locations. Soft blue tones compliment the neutral walls and transitional style of this home. The living room built-ins got painted white to brighten up the space but we kept the original stone to some texture and warmth. The dining room got an overhaul as well with new flooring throughout, a large dining table that compliments the cabinetry and built-in's and a beautiful new light fixture. This renovation brought this home from dark and dated to bright and cheery.
